Delay Analyst – Forensic Planner – London
Summary: Claims consultancy in Central London is looking for an experienced Forensic planner / delay analyst to work on a range of rail, infrastructure, power, and build projects in a claims capacity
Location: Central London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
This Construction Consultancy provides dispute resolution services to major construction companies, specialist sub-contractors, and client organisations throughout the UK and internationally.
They are currently looking to recruit a Forensic Planner / Delay Analysis Consultant who will be reporting to the Head of Planning. The position requires a highly experienced planner with experience in all aspects of Forensic / Dispute planning, Tender Planning, live project planning, client development, client management, and dispute resolution.
The position will require an experienced planning consultant with the ability to:
-Conduct client briefings
-Mentor the other team members
-Prepare Risk Analysis of programmes
-Prepare and write reports for clients
-Liaise directly with the client – interpreting and delivering what they need
-Communicate well both externally and internally
-Demonstrate a solid understanding of all stages of the construction process
-Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Delay and Disruption Analysis
Does this sound like you?
-Member of a professional construction body
-Circa 10 years planning experience and 5 years experience of disputes for forensic work
-Knowledge of P6 and or Asta Powerproject
-Experience of contentious and non-contentious work
