This is a National group that work for a number of key clients in the public and private sectors. They are looking for a Senior - Associate Building Surveyor that can come in and work on a number of projects and a small team.
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits

This is a National group that work for a number of key clients in the public and private sectors. They are looking for a Senior - Associate Building Surveyor that can come in and work on a number of projects. Their projects range in value from £60m to £1m; their typical projects value is circa £6-10m. They work in a range of different sectors which include residential, healthcare, commercial, education, and retail among others.
About the Building Surveyor Opportunity:
As the successful Building Surveyor, your work will cover a mix of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out. Breadth or depth of experience would be an advantage. The Building Surveyor will be reporting directly to one of the Building Surveyor directors and there is plenty of room for the right Building Surveyor to progress within the organisation.
Requirements for the Building Surveyor:
-Proven track record in Building Surveying – absolute requirement.
-MRICS, RIBA, MCIOB or equivalent full Chartered status (preferably Chartered Project Management Surveyor or Building Surveyor).
-Degree Level qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or Non-cognate degree and conversion route.
-Good A-levels/AS-levels or Equivalent.
-Good GCSE/O-Level passes in Maths and English or equivalent.
Salary & Benefits for the Building Surveyor:
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
